Folding: Letters, inserts, and self-mailers can be folded either in accordance with the client's request and/or in compliance with postal requirements. Bursting of Continuous Forms: Before continuous form projects can be mailed, removal of the pin feeds on the sides and separation of each individual form is required. This process is called 'Bursting'. Forms up to 17" x 22" inches in size can be accommodated. Trimming: MarketPoint Direct can trim your printed material down to its final size in both in-line and off-line processes. Collating: MarketPoint Direct assembles multi-piece materials into the order in which they are to be presented. Shrink Wrapping: Your finished package can be wrapped into kids of specific quantities, and placed onto skids for secure shipment. Tabbing and Wafer Sealing: Colored circular tabs and seals can be applied to your pieces, whether for aesthetics or as a requirement for postal savings. Labelaire: "Open By March 31!", "Sign Here", "Special Offer". Need to call attention to an envelope or a specific location on a mail piece? MarketPoint Direct can apply special labels on most any printed piece, and it can be done in-line with other processes. Perfect Binding: MarketPoint Direct has automation that can take individually printed and imaged pages, collate them, wrap a cover around them with a glued spine, and then trim the piece creating a finished booklet. Addressing: An ink jet system applies sharp, easy-to-read names, addresses, barcodes, key codes, and salutations to your printed materials. This method can be used on postcards, letters, order forms, catalogs, and most anything else. Sorting: Postal regulations require the sorting of mail to be done by strict standards in order to qualify for the best savings. MarketPoint Direct's employees are trained professionals who are kept up-to-date on all postal regulations regarding zip code sorting, strapping, and traying. Pressure Sensitive Labeling: Pressure sensitive labels are pre-cut labels that have an adhesive back to them, and are carried on a continuous form. MarketPoint Direct is well-equipped to apply labels in this format on an automated basis. Stamping and Metering: Choose from postage stamps, meter imprints, or formatted postage indicias applied to mail your pieces for First Class, Presorted First Class, Standard Class, Carrier Route, Non-Profit, Periodicals, or any other postal delivery method. Match Mailing: When your mail piece consists of a personalized letter in a custom addressed envelope, MarketPoint Direct makes sure the right letter goes into the right envelope. This is called "Match Mailing". It is a complex process that MarketPoint Direct has the special skill and automation to handle. Inserting: MarketPoint Direct has the equipment available to handle a full spectrum of direct mail packages. Multiple mail components can be inserted into a variety of envelope sizes mechanically and then sealed and metered, in-line or off-line. Printed matter which is too large, too thick, too delicate, or too complicated to be mechanically assembled can be inserted into envelopes, boxes, or bags with the care only the human hand can provide. Plant Load Verification: U.S. Postal workers on site weigh and verify clients mail. Having the postal workers on-site allows MarketPoint Direct to bypass an extra step in delivering the mail to the Post Office. Standard Class mail can be taken directly to Bulk Mail Centers by our freight logistics service thereby saving at least two days in the delivery process. On-Site Postal Facility: The United States Postal Service has an on-site office and trucks to ship mail out of the MarketPoint Direct facility daily. |
