Data Entry and Mailing Lists:Com-Pak can receive your existing list on a variety of media or through direct data transfer. In case you do not have the time or resources to continually update your data for address corrections, additions, deletions, or modifications, Com-Pak offers a maintenance service which keeps your mailings out of the "Dead Letter Office". Don't have a mailing list? Com-Pak can help you with development of your criteria and the purchase of a list from certified list managers.  Custom Programming: A custom-tailored program can be developed by Com-Pak's programming staff which has over 30 years of direct mail programming experience. Merge/Purge: This is the combining of two or more lists to derive a compilation of data. Once these lists are merged, duplicate names, addresses, or other redundant information can be purged, or deleted, from your list. NCOA Processing: National change of address processing updates and corrects your data file in order to reduce the need for mail forwarding or return. Beginning November 23, 2008 the USPS requires all classes of mail to be processed for NCOA processing. Postal Optimization: Com-Pak is committed to ease the postage burden for all of our clients. We use every available means to guarantee that you are realizing the greatest cost savings on your postage. Com-Pak utilizes all of the following tools at our disposal, including proprietary state of the art MarketPoint-developed systems for full postal analysis.
